See who has the card and what they spent on it.
The lockbox shows every fuel card and who took it. A driver takes a card in the app, fills up, photographs the receipt, and returns it. The office sees every use tied to a driver, a vehicle and a run.

The lockbox
Here are two cards, and one of them is out.
Receipt reading
Photograph the receipt, and the form fills itself.
The amount, litres, odometer and station are read off the photo and put into the fields. The driver checks them, corrects anything wrong, and returns the card. The photo is kept with the record.
Each business can turn reading off. Without it, drivers type the four fields themselves, which is still quicker than a paper log.
Every use has a name on it
Each fill-up is tied to the driver, the van and the run.
- Tied to peopleEvery take, use and return names the driver, so a missing card has a last known holder.
- Tied to vehiclesFuel is logged by vehicle with the odometer reading, so consumption per van is a report rather than a guess.
- Tied to runsA fill-up on a run shows in that run's history alongside the stops.
