Cleaning items come from the business's own list, whether that's wash, vacuum, sanitise handles, or whatever your standard is. The driver ticks what they did and it is logged with their name and the time. The driver's home screen shows how long it has been since the last one, so the reminder is built in.
The mileage keeps itself.
The driver enters the odometer at the start and end of each run. Journey turns that into distance per run, per day and per vehicle. Fuel use from the gas card lockbox sits beside it, so consumption per van is a report you open rather than a spreadsheet you maintain.
