Questions people ask first

What counts as a driver?

A driver is a person on your team whose role lets them record runs. You are billed for those people, not for phones, managers or routes. If you deactivate a driver, the count drops at the next billing period.

What happens if a payment fails?
Drivers keep working
Recording arrivals, departures and notes, and syncing from offline, are never blocked.
Reports stay open
Your delivery history stays yours to read and download.
Editing pauses
Routes, locations, vehicles, members and run corrections become read-only until the subscription is active again.
Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The trial starts when you create the business and runs for 14 days. Add a card when you want to keep going, and nothing is charged before then.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing page in the office app, at any time. The subscription ends at the close of the period you have paid for, and your records stay readable and exportable.

What about taxes?

Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is added at checkout based on the business's province.

Is there an annual price?

Not yet. Monthly billing is the only option today. If your business would rather pay yearly, tell us and we will let you know when it exists.

Tell us how your routes run today, and we'll say whether Journey fits.

If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
