A phone is paired once. Drivers never sign up.
A manager generates a pairing code in the office app and enters it on the phone once. From then on, drivers sign in with a PIN. There are no driver accounts, no passwords to reset, and nothing to type at 4 a.m.
Pairing
It takes three steps, once per phone.
- Generate a codeOpen Devices and choose Pair device. The code works once and expires quickly. There's a 90-day code for a tester who isn't in the room.
- Enter it on the phoneThe phone now belongs to the business. It knows its drivers and can sign them in offline.
- Drivers sign in with a PINThe driver picks a name and types six digits. A manager can reset a PIN but never see it.
Roles
Managers are invited, and their role decides what they can do.

These are the starting roles, and every business can edit them or add its own. Billing counts the people whose role can record runs, so a manager who never drives can have that taken off. Dispatchers, receivers and phones are free.
Keeping control
A phone can be switched off from the office.
- Deactivate a phoneIf a phone leaves your control, you switch it off from the office. The app tells the driver to ask a manager.
- Access that expiresA paired phone's access key changes on its own, so a copied key stops working soon after.
- Old versions are stoppedAn app that is too old to work with the office is told so and pointed to the store.
