Features
The office plans the route, and the road records it.
Journey is two apps that share one set of records. Managers plan in the office app in a browser, and drivers tap through the day in the Journey Driver app on a paired phone. It does seven things, and each one has its own page.
Routes and runs
You plan a route once and it runs on the days you say, with rounds, target times and tasks.
The driver app
Arrived and Departed are one tap each, required tasks hold the door, and a driver can skip with a reason.
Offline
Every tap is saved on the phone first and sent when there is signal. Nothing waits and nothing is lost.
Gas cards and receipts
You see who has the card right now, and a photo of the receipt fills in the form for the driver.
Vehicles and cleaning
Each van keeps its odometer from every run and a cleaning log, written by the people who drive it.
Reports
You see on-time, dwell and the exception list by route, driver or location, and can export any of it to CSV.
Devices and access
A phone is paired once and drivers sign in with a PIN. Managers are invited, with roles that decide what they can do.
How they fit
It's one route, seen from both ends.
The office
- Builds the route and publishes it
- Sees runs land as they happen
- Reads on-time, dwell and exceptions
- Pairs phones, invites managers, keeps the fuel cards straight
The road
- Signs in with a PIN
- Taps Arrived, Departed, Done, Skip
- Keeps working with no signal
- Takes a card, snaps the receipt, logs the wash
See it with your own route.
The first 14 days are free and you don't need a card. Set up a route in the office and pair one phone.
